Service Description

A perfect reset before the weekend. Sarah's classes have a strong focus on alignment, building stability and strength to help you practice safely. Expect slightly longer holds to explore alignment principles and time to focus on your breath. Balance will be restored at the end of the week, whether you need time and space to wind down, stretch tight muscles after sports, or build stability and strength in areas. Only available to book using a multi class pass (apologies, no drop ins!) The Friday class will take you through the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures). Perfect for anyone new to yoga. These classes are slightly slower than Wednesday evening classes which can get a bit sweaty!
