Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Zoom access is available for anyone who has come to an In-person class before - email me to book. 

Some experience recommended. A dynamic flow class, focusing on synchronising breath with movement. Building strength, stability and healthy alignment. Following the ashtanga primary series sequence (if you don't know what this is it doesn't matter!) with adaptions and challenges for all.

Numbers are limited so advance booking is recommended. A single class is £10. Drop Ins £12 (cash).

Unlimited and 5 class passes are cost effective and available in Multi Class Passes. Valid for online and in person classes.

A 45 minute class for people who like to keep fit by running, cycling, or team sports, and know they need to make time to stretch, but don't! We'll focus on hamstrings, hip flexors, building core strength and stability, and more.

Numbers are limited so advance booking is recommended. A single class is £8. Drop Ins £10 (cash).

Ashtanga Inspired


Sundays

10:30 - 11:45 at The Yoga Shed, Hitchin. 


Booking via The Yoga Shed or via MindBody

This class is available In Studio and also online! 

An accessible dynamic and alignment focused flow class following the Ashtanga Series. You'll follow the sequence, with a few additional postures from the Intermediate Series and others to assist with technique. Please note this is not a Led Primary class.


There will be some modifications and sometimes extra breaths spent in postures to deepen understanding and build strength. The class is accessible if you're new to Ashtanga but also beneficial to those wanting to deepen their practice. There will be modifications to suit the individual student.
